Rachelli is an Italian confectionery company with a long tradition. Its origins date back to 1935 when it started with a small ice cream parlor in Milan. A true family history: founded by Ermenegildo 'Gildo' Rachelli and later managed by his children. Over more than 80 years, Rachelli has evolved and developed a range of high-quality ice creams, cold desserts, and frozen products. In 2024 the Rachelli brand was brought to the US market by Emmi Desserts, who both imports Rachelli items from Italy and manufactures our traditional recipes domestically.
